giungla (1942)

in a tropical island, in a laboratory, a group of doctors leads a stressful battle to eradicate the many victims of malaria. two of these doctors are in love with the same woman, a good doctor. one of them is his ex-boyfriend, who fled for being innocently involved in a murder trial and sentenced in absentia, he returned in disguise having gained, with a different name, a solid reputation as a doctor and scientist. denounced by a journalist who recognized him, the doctor finally succeeded in demonstrating his own extraneousness to the crime, thanks also to the testimony given by his rival colleague in love.
